How about if I only sat down for a grand total of 30 minutes during those 12 hours? And it was 90 degrees inside so I sweat the whole time?
My legs are sore, so I think it should.
This is my way of saying I failed to actually work out for the day. But when yoga starts at 7 and I'm leaving work at 7:15... well... you get the idea. So I ate pizza for dinner instead. Fair trade, right? I mean, I work out to feel better, but eating pizza makes me feel better... so it's totally the same.
Gah... whatever. Bedtime so I can run tomorrow.
