Cross training day. I'm slightly swamped at work, so I was just going to do yoga. But then I ate way too much pizza tonight and was looking for an excuse to not have to read papers, so I did a 30 minute ab and arm workout too. I tend to neglect those areas other than during yoga while I'm training anyway, so it was probably needed.
Ok, I REALLY need to get to bed so I can get up early for 5 miler #2...
