Day 58: Much needed stretching and strengthening

My stomach recovered sometime during the night, and boy was I hungry all day. I also feel sort of fish-like from all the rehydrating I've been attempting to do. Took it easy and just did yoga today; I was super tired and tight from yesterday (although not too sore, surprisingly), so it was much needed. Altogether feeling better now and ready to tackle tomorrow's 5 miles, although probably won't go for a PR. Still waiting to hear from Chris... hopefully his ankle is ok and we can run together...
