Well, 2 months in. I can't believe it's been that long.
Cross training day. Just did yoga. But Chris came, so it was extra fun! And my legs feel tons better, finally... just in time to go beat them up in the morning. Oh well.
Last 5 miler in the morning. Not sure how hard we should push yet... I'll have to see how I feel in the morning. I'm not hopeful for the weather, however... I was outside at 5:30 this morning and it was 77. So even our mornings aren't that cool anymore. But... 77 is better than 97, so early mornings continue until the fall. It's sad that sleeping until 8:00 is becoming "sleeping in"...
