Stretch and strengthen. So good for my tight calves.
I got one of those coupons again for an awesomely discounted month-long membership at a new yoga studio called Active Sol Yoga, so for the next month that's where I'll be doing my stretching, strengthening, cross training, etc. Today was a basic "power flow" class... a sort of conglomeration of different styles good for a well-rounded yoga experience. It was actually pretty similar to what I would do during my class on campus, but a little longer. And a change of scenery is always nice. Some of their classes sound pretty interesting though, so I'm excited for some new experiences and to expand my yoga horizons. I see more double workout days in my future... running and yoga... looks like Chris might have to take me to those Athletes Anonymous meetings after all...
